The high rim keeps liquids from spilling, and the 20-cm diameter is big enough for a generous serving of pasta or a bowl. The heavy stoneware keeps food warm longer than thin porcelain.
Reactive glaze, fired at 1200 °C
Each piece is glazed individually and fired at 1200 °C. The reactive glaze flows differently on each piece—which is why no two pieces are exactly alike. Subtle color gradients and shades are not defects, but rather a defining feature of this series.
Suitable for everyday use instead of the delicate cycle
The stoneware is scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and freezer-safe. You can use it just like any other tableware—except that it looks much better.
