Shipping Information
Orders placed in our online store can either be conveniently delivered to your home or picked up at our central warehouse in Hildisrieden.
Packages / Bulky Items
Packages with dimensions within the following limits are shipped by Swiss Post:60x60x100 cm | 30 kg
Once your order has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package. You can also find the tracking number in your customer account. You will typically receive your order within 1–2 business days.
General cargo
Large packages (mattresses, beds, box springs larger than 60x60x100 cm| 30 kg) are shipped by our partner “Camion Transport”.
Once your order has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that it has been shipped. You will typically receive your order within 3–5 business days. Our logistics team will contact you by phone or email if we need to coordinate the delivery.
Pickup
During the ordering process, in addition to shipping, you have the option to pick up your order at our warehouse. It is located at the following address: Mülacher 6, 6024 Hildisrieden.
