The high rim keeps liquids contained, and the 20 cm diameter is plenty big enough for a generous serving of pasta. The heavy stoneware retains heat significantly longer than thin porcelain.
Reactive glaze with a pop of color along the rim
Each piece is glazed individually and fired at 1200 °C. The reactive glaze flows differently on each piece, creating the characteristic darker accent along the rim. No two pieces are exactly alike—and that’s precisely what gives this series its rustic charm.
